Andrew Broad Martin Luther Bible MuseumAndrew Broad (our federal MP) met 'Martin Luther' and had the short edition of the guided tour today (10/10/2017). It was great to meet him and discuss some topical issues.

Martin Luther is wearing a Scholar's cap, monks robes and has replica Tudor latchet shoes. The 500th Anniversary of the Protestant Reformation display includes several original pages from Martin Luther's early Bibles, including a 1523 Old Testament and 1529 New Testament. These had been translated in German by Luther from Hebrew and Greek texts. His work was the groundbreaking momentum for the Bible to be allowed in common languages, such as English, not just Latin.
